TDME March Promotion Terms and Conditions
Promotion Period
11 March 2026 to 15 April 2026
1. Promotion Overview
1.1 The TDME March Promotion combines two incentives designed to reward new users joining the platform and existing users actively trading.
1.2 Eligible users may receive up to 100 ZARC when completing onboarding milestones including registration, deposit and trading activity.
1.3 Once users begin trading they are automatically entered into the TDME Performance League trading competition.
1.4 The competition rewards the highest performing traders based on realised trading Profit and Loss (PNL) during the promotion period.
1.5 Traders enter the competition once they execute a qualifying derivatives trade.
1.6 A total prize pool of R50 000 will be awarded to the five highest ranked traders at the end of the promotion.
1.7 This promotion rewards two key behaviours.
- Joining the TDME ecosystem
- Actively trading on the platform
2. Eligibility Criteria
2.1 The promotion is open to eligible TDME users who register or trade during the promotion period.
2.2 The 100 ZARC onboarding reward is available to new TDME users who complete the required onboarding milestones.
2.3 Any user who executes qualifying derivatives trades during the promotional period will automatically be entered into the TDME Performance League trading competition.
2.4 Each verified trading account may only participate once in the onboarding reward promotion.
2.5 Participation in the trading competition requires that the user meets the qualification requirements described in Section 4.
2.6 TDME reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of the following behaviour.
- Multiple account activity
- Market manipulation
- Abuse of promotional incentives
- Artificial trading activity designed to manipulate competition rankings
3. How the 100 ZARC Onboarding Reward is Earned
3.1 The onboarding reward is distributed across three qualifying stages.
3.2 Each stage unlocks a portion of the total 100 ZARC promotional reward.
3.3. Stage 1 Account Registration and Verification

3.4. Stage 2 First Deposit

- Promotional ZARC may be utilised within the platform for trading purposes.
- Rewards remain non withdrawable until reaching usable status.
3.5. Stage 3 First Trade

- Execute at least one qualifying trade on the platform.

Notes
- Once the reward status reaches Useable, the ZARC may be withdrawn or traded.
3.6. Total Promotional Reward
Users who complete all onboarding milestones will receive:
- 100 ZARC total reward

ZARC rewards become withdrawable only once the status reaches Useable.
4. TDME Performance League Qualification Rules
4.1 Users are automatically entered into the trading competition once they execute their first qualifying derivatives trade during the promotional period.
4.2 To be eligible for inclusion in the leaderboard ranking, a user must execute at least one derivatives trade with a minimum position value of R1,000 (notional value) at the time the position is opened, as recorded in the official trading records of TDME. The use of leverage is permitted for the purpose of meeting this minimum position value requirement.
4.3 Trading performance used for leaderboard ranking is calculated only from derivatives trading activity.
4.4 Spot trading activity does not count toward the TDME Performance League leaderboard.
4.5 Only completed derivatives trades will qualify.
4.6 Cancelled or reversed transactions will not qualify.
5. Competition Ranking Mechanics
5.1 Competition rankings are determined by realised Profit and Loss (PNL) generated during the promotion period.
5.2 Traders with the highest realised PNL will rank higher on the TDME Performance League leaderboard.
5.3 If two traders reach identical realised PNL rankings may be determined using additional criteria including trading consistency.
5.4 A public leaderboard may be displayed during the promotion period.
5.5 The competition runs for the full promotion period and resets monthly.
6. Prize Allocation
At the end of the promotion period the five traders with the highest realised PNL will receive the following prizes.

7. Fair Participation and Abuse Prevention
7.1 TDME monitors trading activity to detect manipulation or artificial trading behaviour.
7.2 Activities considered abusive include.
- Wash trading
- Artificial trading behaviour intended to manipulate rankings
- Collusive trading behaviour
7.3 Accounts found engaging in abusive trading practices will be disqualified.
7.4 TDME reserves the right to revoke rewards or prizes if fraudulent behaviour is detected.
8. Prize Distribution
8.1 Competition winners will be determined after the promotion period ends.
8.2 Winners will be contacted by TDME once final trading performance calculations are confirmed.
8.3 Cash prize values will be credited to the winner’s TDME account in ZARC equivalent value, based on the Rand prize amount allocated to each ranking position.
8.4 Standard withdrawal procedures will apply.
9. General Terms
9.1 TDME reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion at its discretion.
9.2 Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9.3 Promotional rewards may be revoked if abuse, fraud or policy violations are detected.
10. Risk Disclosure
10.1 Trading digital assets and derivatives involves risk and may result in financial loss.
10.2 Participants should ensure they fully understand the risks associated with trading before engaging in any trading activity on the TDME platform.
10.3 Nothing within this promotion constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade.
10.4 Participants are solely responsible for their trading decisions and should trade responsibly.
