Q1 2026 ZARC Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period: 26 January 2026 to 28 February 2026 (or until promotional limits are reached)

 

1. Promotion Overview

1.1. The TDME Q1 2026 ZARC Promotion allows eligible clients to receive up to 100 ZARC when they complete specific onboarding and participation milestones during the promotional period.

1.2. ZARC is credited as a promotional reward to support participation in the TDME ecosystem and is subject to the conditions set out below.

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1. This promotion is available to any client who has not completed one or more of the following first-time milestones on the TDME platform during the promotional period:

  • Account registration
  • Account verification
  • First qualifying deposit
  • First qualifying trade

2.2. Clients who have already created a TDME account but have not completed account verification are eligible to receive the promotional reward allocated to the verification milestone.

2.3. Clients who have a verified TDME account but have not yet made their first qualifying deposit are eligible to receive the promotional reward allocated to the first deposit milestone.

2.4. Clients who have a verified and funded TDME account but have not yet completed their first qualifying trade are eligible to receive the promotional reward allocated to the first transaction milestone.

2.5. Each client may only receive each milestone reward once per account, with a maximum total promotional reward of 100 ZARC per client.

2.6. Clients from restricted or non-business regions for TDME are not eligible for this promotion.

2.7. TDME reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke eligibility at its sole discretion in cases of suspected abuse, multiple account creation, or non-compliance with platform policies.

3. How the 100 ZARC is Awarded

The promotional ZARC is awarded in three milestone-based stages. Each milestone unlocks a portion of the reward.

3.1 Step 1 – Account Activation Reward

  • The client creates a TDME account and completes identity verification.
  • 25 ZARC is credited as a Promotional Reward Credit (Locked Status).

Reward Status:

    • Locked promotional credit
    • Not withdrawable
    • Becomes usable once subsequent milestones are completed

 

3.2 Step 2 – First Deposit Reward

  • The client makes their first qualifying deposit of at least ZAR 100 (or currency equivalent) into their TDME account during the promotional period.
  • An additional 25 ZARC is credited and unlocked upon confirmation of the qualifying deposit.

Reward Status:

    • Unlocked promotional credit
    • Usable within the TDME ecosystem
    • Not withdrawable as cash

Note:

  • Deposits must be successfully credited and not reversed, cancelled, or charged back to qualify.

 

3.3 Step 3 – First Qualifying Trade Reward

  • The client completes their first qualifying trade (derivatives, spot, OTC).
  • The final 50 ZARC is credited and unlocked, bringing the total promotional reward to 100 ZARC.
    Reward Status:

    • Fully unlocked promotional credit
    • Usable within the TDME ecosystem
    • Withdrawable as cash or transferable digital assets

 

3.4 Reward Progression Summary

3.4. Promotional ZARC is credited progressively as the client completes each milestone.

3.4.1. The client will receive 25 ZARC after completing account verification.

3.4.2. The client will receive an additional 25 ZARC after completing their first qualifying minimum deposit.

3.4.3. The client will receive the final 50 ZARC after completing their first qualifying trade.

3.4.4. The full promotional reward of 100 ZARC is only unlocked once all three milestones have been completed.

3.4.5. Each milestone reward may only be earned once per account.

 

3.5 Milestone Determination

TDME will determine milestone completion based on internal system records, and such determination shall be final.

 

4. Use and Status of Promotional ZARC

4.1 Promotional Reward Credit Classification

Promotional ZARC is classified as Promotional Reward Credit and is provided for participation in the TDME ecosystem. Promotional Reward Credit may carry one of the following statuses: Locked, Unlocked, or Usable.

4.2 Locked Promotional ZARC

4.2.1. Locked Promotional ZARC is credited to the client’s account but is not available for use or withdrawal.

4.2.2. Locked Promotional ZARC becomes Unlocked once the required promotional milestone(s) have been completed.

4.3 Unlocked Promotional ZARC

4.3.1. Unlocked Promotional ZARC is available for use within the TDME platform and ecosystem, subject to available functionality.

4.3.2. Unlocked Promotional ZARC is not yet withdrawable.

4.3.3. Unlocked Promotional ZARC becomes Usable once all promotional milestones have been completed and any additional platform conditions have been satisfied.

4.4 Usable Promotional ZARC

4.4.1. Usable Promotional ZARC may be used and withdrawn, subject to TDME’s standard withdrawal processes, security checks, and any applicable limits.

4.4.2. TDME reserves the right to apply limits, delays, or restrictions to withdrawals where required for security, regulatory, or fraud prevention purposes.

4.5 TDME Discretion

4.5.1. TDME, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to restrict, remove, or reverse any Promotional ZARC allocated.

 

5. Withdrawals and Account Activity

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

5.1.1. Promotional ZARC may only be withdrawn once it has reached Usable status.

5.1.2. Promotional ZARC in Locked or Unlocked status is not withdrawable.

5.2 Effect of Withdrawals on the Promotion

5.2.1. If a client initiates a withdrawal or reversal that invalidates a qualifying promotional milestone (including deposit reversals, chargebacks, or cancellations), TDME reserves the right to remove any Promotional ZARC attributed to that milestone.

5.3 General Withdrawal Rules

5.3.1. All withdrawals remain subject to TDME’s standard verification, security, and compliance checks.

5.3.2. TDME may delay, suspend, or decline withdrawals where required for regulatory, security, or risk management purposes.

 

6. Promotional Limits and Abuse Prevention

6.1. TDME, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject, revoke, or disqualify any client from the promotion.

6.2. Automated, scripted, coordinated, or otherwise artificial activity intended to exploit the promotion is strictly prohibited.

6.3. TDME may impose additional limits or controls at its sole discretion.

 

7. General Terms

7.1. TDME reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.2. TDME’s decision regarding eligibility, reward allocation, and disqualification is final.

7.3. By participating in this promotion, clients agree to TDME’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure.
