TDME APRIL 2026 PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Promotion Period
 16 April 2026 to 16 May 2026

 

1. Promotion Overview

1.1 The TDME April Promotion combines two incentives designed to accelerate user onboarding and increase trading activity on the platform.

1.2 Eligible users will receive 100 ZARC upon successful account verification (KYC).

1.3 The 100 ZARC reward is credited instantly and may be used as trading capital on the platform.

1.4 Users who execute qualifying derivatives trades will automatically be entered into the TDME Performance League trading competition.

1.5 The competition rewards the highest performing traders based on realised trading Profit and Loss (PNL) during the promotion period.

1.6 A total prize pool of R50 000 will be awarded to the five highest ranked traders at the end of the promotion.

1.7 This promotion is designed to reward two key behaviours:

  • Joining the TDME ecosystem
  • Actively trading on the platform

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 The promotion is open to eligible TDME users who register or trade during the promotion period.

2.2 The 100 ZARC onboarding reward is available to new users who successfully complete identity verification (KYC).

2.3 Each verified user is eligible to receive the onboarding reward once.

2.4 Any user who executes qualifying derivatives trades during the promotional period will automatically be entered into the TDME Performance League.

2.5 Participation in the trading competition requires that the user meets the qualification requirements outlined in Section 4.

2.6 TDME reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of:

  • Multiple account activity
  • Market manipulation
  • Abuse of promotional incentives
  • Artificial trading behaviour intended to manipulate competition rankings

3. 100 ZARC Onboarding Reward

3.1 Qualification

To qualify for the 100 ZARC reward, users must:

  • Register a TDME account
  • Complete identity verification (KYC)

3.2 Reward Allocation

  • Upon successful completion of KYC, users will receive 100 ZARC
  • The reward is credited within 24 hours to the user’s TDME account

3.3 Reward Usage

  • The 100 ZARC reward may be used immediately for trading on the platform
  • The reward is not immediately withdrawable

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

  • The minimum withdrawal amount on the platform is 101 ZARC
  • Users must either:
    • Deposit additional funds, or
    • Generate sufficient trading profit in order to meet the minimum withdrawal threshold
  • Promotional ZARC becomes withdrawable only once:
    • The user’s total account balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal requirement
    • All standard platform withdrawal conditions are met

3.5 Reward Limitations

  • The onboarding reward is limited to one per verified user
  • The reward may not be transferred between accounts prior to meeting withdrawal conditions

3.6 Abuse Prevention

TDME reserves the right to:

  • Withhold, reverse, or revoke promotional rewards
  • Disqualify users from the promotion if there is evidence of:
    • Abuse of the promotion
    • No genuine trading intent
    • Attempts to exploit withdrawal conditions
    • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

 

4. TDME Performance League Qualification Rules

4.1 Users are automatically entered into the trading competition once they execute their first qualifying derivatives trade during the promotional period.

4.2 To be eligible for leaderboard ranking, a user must execute at least one derivatives trade with a minimum position value of R1 000 (notional value) at the time the position is opened.

4.3 The use of leverage is permitted for the purpose of meeting this requirement.

4.4 Only derivatives trading activity will be considered for leaderboard ranking.

4.5 Spot trading activity does not contribute to the TDME Performance League.

4.6 Only completed trades will qualify.

4.7 Cancelled or reversed transactions will not qualify.

 

5. Competition Ranking Mechanics

5.1 Competition rankings are determined by realised Profit and Loss (PNL) generated during the promotion period.

5.2 Traders with the highest realised PNL will rank higher on the leaderboard.

5.3 In the event of identical PNL results, TDME reserves the right to apply additional ranking criteria, including trading consistency.

5.4 A public leaderboard may be displayed during the promotion period.

5.5 The competition runs for the full promotion period.

 

6. Prize Allocation

At the end of the promotion period, the five highest ranked traders will receive:

1st Place
R20 000

2nd Place
R12 000

3rd Place
R8 000

4th Place
R6 000

5th Place
R4 000

Total Prize Pool: R50 000

 

7. Fair Participation and Abuse Prevention

7.1 TDME monitors trading activity to detect manipulation or artificial behaviour.

7.2 Prohibited activities include:

  • Wash trading
  • Collusive trading
  • Artificial volume generation
  • Manipulation of leaderboard rankings

7.3 Accounts found engaging in such behaviour will be disqualified.

7.4 TDME reserves the right to revoke rewards and prizes if abuse is detected.

 

8. Prize Distribution

8.1 Winners will be determined after the promotion period ends.

8.2 Winners will be contacted once final calculations are confirmed.

8.3 Cash prizes will be credited in ZARC equivalent value based on the Rand prize allocation.

8.4 Standard withdrawal procedures will apply.

 

9. General Terms

9.1 TDME reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at its discretion.

9.2 Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

9.3 Rewards may be revoked if fraud, abuse, or policy violations are detected.

 

10. Risk Disclosure

10.1 Trading digital assets and derivatives involves risk and may result in financial loss.

10.2 Participants should ensure they understand these risks before trading.

10.3 Nothing in this promotion constitutes financial advice.

10.4 Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions.
